So, needless to say, my house reeks like onion. I invited Kath over, since she loves onions so much, but she politely declined ๐
I woke up this morning and took the puppers on an amazing 45 minute walk on the base trail. When we got back to the casa, the puppies crashed out:
and I made some bfast… I gave raw oats another chance in my life
I blended 1/2 cup raw oat groats (different than traditional rolled oats- you can find them in the bulk bins at most health food stores) that I soaked overnight, with a little almond milk, maca, raw cacao powder, 1/2 smashed banana and topped with goji berries. A superfood success ๐
Next, I met Jeni at the gym for shoulders, chest and triceps

Jeni and I hit up Wizzle for groceries, and I got two fun things while I was there:
Skull jacket for Bella and Clean Eating mag (adore).
For lunch, I busted out the bloomin onion flatbread and made a seaweed salad to go with it:
Dulse, nori, arame and wakame with a rice vinegar, Nama shoyu, agave, orange juice and orange zest dressing- topped with sesame seeds.
Not too shabby ๐
In between training appointments this afternoon, I had some snacks:
And made some Snobby Joes to take to munch after teaching Zumba, with the pathetic amount of Mary’s Crack that was left in the box.
Zumba was bootylicious, dinner was delicious and I trained funny quotes lady, whom I missed so much over Thanksgiving!
I came home to bummer news though.. looks like we’ll be stuck in Valdizzy for longer than anticipated.
The pilot bought me a pity present:
5-9 days can’t get here soon enough
Well I’m off to shower my stinky face. Have a wonderful night!
Much love,
Gina
*A little note: After the following quote in this morning’s post “I got to work on a nutritional analysis and meal plan for a client –if ya’ll ever need help with that stuff, send me an email”, I, err, got over 100 emails. I’m going to get back to all of you (I promise! Still catching up on last week’s emails, too). Of course the shorter the email is, the quicker I’ll be able to get back to you, but for the longer ones it might take a little bit more time for me to give your email the attention it deserves.
