30-minute Barre Wild Card Workout

Hi friends! Hope you’re having a lovely morning so far. How was the weekend? We had a pretty good one! We met up with some friends at the pool, swam in madre’s backyard, and I cranked away on a fun new fitness project. (I can’t wait to share the news with you soon!) The fam and I are off on a short AZ roadtrip for some time in nature together before the distance learning *fun* resumes next week. I’m really looking forward to some scenics hikes and a chance to unplug a bit. I’ll be back with a recap, but in the meantime, I have some beefy content planned, starting with an all-new workout for you!

 

For this workout, I included a mix of all of the things I love about barre: dynamic leg series, dumbbell endurance work, balance challenges, cardio blasts, and bodyweight strength. It’s one of those workouts that just feels GOOD. When I was finished with this one, I felt energized, super sweaty, and like I got a tough workout. I hope you love it, too!

 

I also made sure to include lots of low-impact and beginner options along the way. As always, check with a doctor before making any fitness changes. Honor your body and modify as needed.
