Winter Shape Up 2018: Workout #3

I’m really excited for this workout because it’s a Pilates core workout led by one of my good friends and teaching colleagues: Katie! Katie is a powerhouse Pilates instructor, group fitness instructor and personal trainer, and I was so excited when she could join me for filming this year’s workouts, and teach a special mat Pilates class just for you.

I hope you love it as much as I did! If you need modifications, watch me. I’m doing postpartum and Diastasis Recti-friendly versions of the exercises the entire time. <3
